THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ALPHA FEMALE

Do you identify with being an alpha FEMALE?

Chances are that if you’re a female who’s reading this, that you will at times have felt conflicted or ashamed about this.

I’m an alpha - through and through - and it’s taken me a long time to get comfortable about this.

I’ve been labelled many things and judged unfairly by those surrounding me who were not comfortable or who were confused about my power.

Such is the plight of the alpha female.

If you’re an alpha female, you can probably identify with being called the following things:

• Masculine

• Aggressive

• Bossy

• Domineering

• Dark (even evil?)

• Intolerant

• Angry

But the same is often not true when it comes to alpha men.

Male Vs Female Alphas:
According to the Harvard Business Review, roughly 70% of all senior executives are alpha males.

My theory on why the imbalance exists?
It's because men are mostly proud to be alphas while women are conditioned by society to apologise for it!

Being an alpha is not inherently bad or good!
An alpha is someone that takes the lead whether or not they are the identified leader or not.

When you are an alpha you are simply CODED from birth to be one. 
In the Hebrew system I work with it would be a specific strand of Creation Code #9 and Creation Code #1. ALEPH after all is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet and is where ‘alpha’ is derived from!

If you know Gene Keys/Human Design, then you would be looking at Gene Key #7 and 31.

I have activated 9’s & 1’s in the Hebrew System and in Gene Keys, #7 is my Life’s Work.
And I can tell you for sure, that it’s BECAUSE of my alpha authority that I’ve been so successful in whatever I’ve set my mind on.
Being an alpha is GREAT for leading in business, family and sports.
And if you’re an alpha, then you’ll know how that works.

So I wanted to write a NEW take and a NEW definition on the alpha female and why we should be SUPPORTING the alpha’s to do the important jobs they have come to do -

Because I truly believe that it is the AWAKENED ALPHA’S who will be changing the world and we urgently need MORE female alpha’s to WAKE UP NOW and claim their thrones.

The Importance of The Alpha Female And Why Society Needs More Of Them:

1. She is pro women.

2. She is pro men; acknowledging and respecting of their power.

3. She doesn't compete for attention but instead loves to collaborate with powerful leaders.

4. She uses her influence to be an advocate for powerless people who she helps to transform.

5. She possesses high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.

6. She is unstoppable, driven, assertive and unapologetic. 

7. When she stays true to her authentic self, both her and her mission shines.

8. She possesses huge self belief and backs herself every time.

9. She invests heavily in herself as she knows her own value.

10. She desires an equal partner; An Emperor to her Empress.

11. She's not afraid to risk it all to get to the next level, because she knows she will win.

12. She is confident and courageous. She knows that what is in the way is the way.
